For Nepali participants, the registration fee includes:

- Coffee breaks, Lunch
Availability of Seats
Only limited seats are available. Registrations will be on a first-come, first-served basis. But, the organizers reserve the right to increase the seats if required.
Please note:
- Registration fees will be updated soon.
- All dates and times mentioned refer to Nepal Standard Time (NPT) i.e. GMT +5:45.
- The payment of the registration fees should be made only via the methods of payment provided here.
- You should take into account the bank processing time to meet our payment deadlines.
- The transmitter must prepay all bank fees and money transfer costs.
- To be eligible for student privilege (applicable to Nepali participants only), you should, at present, be affiliated to an academic institution. If you are registering for oral/poster presentations, you are required to present your research on behalf of your academic institution. Proof of a valid student ID Card must be presented during check-in or provided to the secretariat on request.
