Warunee Ariyawiriyanan received her Doctor of Engineering in Material Science and Engineering from Nagaoka University of Technology, Japan in 2003. From 2012 to present, she was a Director of Institute of Research and Development, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, Thailand. In August 2015, she was appointed to be a Vice Chairperson of Prachachuen Research Network (PRN), which is combination of 17 university research units in Thailand. Her research interests are in composite materials with natural fiber and chemical modification of rubber latex. She is also interested in developing new functional materials.
