Jakob Brandt is a scientist at the global biosolutions company Novonesis with headquarters in the capital region of Denmark. With a PhD degree from Aalborg University in 2020, Jakob has a strong background in molecular based methods namely DNA sequencing methods. Since starting at Novonesis in 2021, Jakob has shifted more towards microbiology as part of the Culture Collection department at Novonesis working with a large collection of mainly lactic acid bacteria.
